Pixie Lux Clothing is not liable for any additional customs = and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer( taxes, tarrifs etc)
Any lost items or damages during shipping are not the responsibility of Pixie Lux. If you recieve your order damaged please file a claim with shipment carrier.
Please save all packaging material and damaged goods to file the claim.
