On approval of return, our team will issue a refund for the amount as Store Credit in your Pixie Account.
Exchange Policy
If your item is unworn, unwashed, unsoiled with all its tags and labels attached and in its original packaging you are eligible for exchange.
You can exchange your item if you are facing a sizing issue with the same item, one item cannot be exchanged for another.
The product is eligible for exchange only once.
